The Executive Team leads all operations of the organization and puts an extensive amount of time into outreach, projects, leadership, and more. Each person on this team will need to be extremely motivated, organized, and do well with teamwork. Directors should expect about 2-5 hours a week, team members should have 1-3 hours.

Executive Team Open Positions

Director of Outreach

• Must have experience in PR and knowledge of media relations
• Will design, conceptualize and edit monthly newsletters
• Will be admin of YAA Discord Server (with others)
• Will actively seek out and manage collaborations and partnerships with organizations and individuals
• Will promote YAA through opportunity websites, journalism outlets, or other media advertising
• Will delegate some of this work to a team of:
  • Outreach Team Members: 1-3 hrs/week

Director of Graphic Design:

• Will oversee all graphic design needs, including social media posts, infographics, art, and more.
• Will create any posters, apparel, stickers, or other related merchandise.
• Will create all promotional materials.
• Will delegate some of this work to a team of:
  • Graphic Designers: 1-3 hrs/week

Blog Team Member:

• Will work directly under the Director of Outreach
• Will commit to writing at least one article or essay every month, related to social issues or current events
